Corliss Garner

Corliss Garner is Executive Vice President and Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at Old National Bank . Prior to this role, she was Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Social Responsibility and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at First Midwest, which merged with Old National in 2022.

 

Before joining First Midwest in 2019, Corliss served in various leadership roles at BMO Financial Group for more than 20 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in finance from DePaul University and is also a Certified Financial Planner and a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor.

 

Corliss currently serves on the boards of One Goal Chicago and Skills for Chicagoland’s Future. She is on the Finance Committee of the Healthly Communities Foundation and the Racial Equity Committee of Forefront. She is a Life Director and past chair of the advisory board for the Chicago Community Trust African American Legacy Fund and has also served on the boards of Chicago State University, the Executive Service Corps of Chicago and the DePaul University Coleman Entrepreneurship Center.
