Here are our open positions:

Program Manager of Policy and Advocacy will lead health equity policy activities for the Foundation, including but not limited to monitoring, researching and developing recommendations for strategic support of advocacy efforts aligned to the Foundation’s mission and values.

Digital Communications Associate will be responsible for the execution of digital communications, including the creation and upkeep of digital content across the Foundation’s platforms that amplify the critical work of grantee partners, strategic initiatives and hyper-local community issues. 

Health Equity Fellow will support the Program team in scaling effective community-centered philanthropic practices that advance health and racial equity in our region. In this three-year fellowship, the Fellow will gain experience and insight into institutional and place-based philanthropy, cross-sector collaboration, community organizing and development systems, policy and advocacy and strategies to incorporate equity firmly in community, nonprofit services and programs.
