As part of the series, three of our grantee partners share how they are reimagining mental health and well-being within their organizations and through their work in community.
Coalition for Spiritual and Public Leadership (CSPL) implemented a spiritual retreat day policy for their staff to take time off to care for themselves first in order to take care of others. Michael Okinczyc-Cruz, Executive Director of CSPL, shares how this policy came to be and its importance to the work of CSPL.
Erie Neighborhood House recently opened a site in Berwyn, the heart of our region, to provide high-quality and culturally affirming services to residents in the area and surrounding communities.
