This new year is an important one for us at HCF. The year 2020 marks 20 years of having a presence in our region and we look forward to our continued growth towards fulfilling our vision and achieving health equity in our communities.

Communities within our region have evolved over the past 20 years and so have we. We have a renewed focus and spirit to measurably improve the health and well-being of our communities. That spirit manifests in our grantmaking processes, our approach to building partnerships, and the community stories we share.

With the clarity of purpose, commitment to co-creating with the community, and openness to continuous learning, we are ready to embark on the journey towards the next 20 years—together with you.
